My name is Mihailo, and I am a student of Biology at Radboud University. I am writing to express my interest in your listed property, as the space looks like a perfect fit for me.
All living expenses will be covered by my guarantor, who has a more than sufficient monthly income and is fully prepared to provide any necessary documentation, including proof of income and a sponsor form, upon request. Additionally, my student visa is fully secured for my studies.
I spend most of my free time reading, taking care of my plants or walking around the city and exploring local coffee shops.
I will be living in the property alone. Having already had some experience living independently and managing my own space, I know what it takes to maintain a clean and quiet home. I don't smoke, I will not be bringing any pet and I keep a tidy living space.
My preferable move in date would be around 14th of August, but I am willing to pay the rent for the whole month.
